Party On Friday: Four DIY Paper Flower Centerpieces and Bouquets

What is prettier than a bouquet of fresh cut flowers?  A bouquet of freshly folded flowers!  If your in the market for a centerpiece, bouquet, or other floral decor item and fresh cut blows your budget or doesn’t offer the longevity or feel you looking for consider paper flowers, silk flowers classy and more sophisticated cousin.  Perfect for weddings, great for adding a romantic or kitschy feel and fully customizable to your party pallet.  Plus they are much nicer to the environment and can even be made from recycled gift wrap or pages from old book, or pretty much any paper you have lying around.  So now that I’ve sold you on paper flowers here are some of my favorites for your folding enjoyment!

These Delicate tissue paper flowers are made from tissue paper and can be made in a variety of sizes.  I imagine these tiny ones scattered down the center of a long tale with huge over sized ones hanging from the ceiling.  Great boquet fillers and even better on a bobby pin and tucked in a little girls hair.

Cherry Blosom Branchs are perfect for adding a sweet, yet dramatic, touch to any space.  Trim branches off the tree in yard, attach paper flowers and leaves and place in a clear vase as a centerpiece to add height to your tables.  Height always makes your space look more expensive and gives more ambiance by filling an unexpected space.
